High performance, fire-rated, flame-free bitumen felt roofing system

Bailey System 17000 FR-SA is a superior bitumen felt 2-layer self-adhesive waterproofing system. It utilises a self-adhesive backing and hot-air welded lap joints making it a perfect choice for projects where there is combustible materials or fire hazards present. It's PAO-modification (poly-alpha olefine) means that it has excellent low temperature flexibility of SBS bitumen as well as the strength and resistance to 'marking-up' in warmer weather of APP bitumen.

The slate mineral granular capsheet give the membrane it's high resistance to UV light. The system has a life expectancy of 30+ years and with an insurance backed guarantee, it is a secure, durable and trusted choice for flat roofs.
